We want your Hacyra ritual to reach you as quickly and smoothly as possible. This policy covers where we ship, how long it takes, and what it costs.
Where we ship
We currently ship to Germany, the Netherlands, Ireland, the United Kingdom, and the United States. We're working on expanding to more countries soon.
Free shipping
All of our kits (Welcome Kit, Glow Ritual, and Complete Ritual) ship free automatically, with no minimum order required.
On individual products, shipping is free on orders over 60€. Below that amount, a standard shipping rate applies based on your destination.

Express shipping
We offer express shipping (1-3 business days) as an additional checkout option for Germany, the Netherlands, Ireland, and the United Kingdom. The cost is calculated automatically based on your destination and order weight. Express shipping isn't currently available for the United States.
Order processing
All orders are prepared within 2 business days before being shipped. The delivery estimates above begin counting from the moment your order ships, not from order confirmation.
Tracking your order
You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its journey to you.
Customs and import duties
For orders within the European Union, all applicable taxes are already included in the final price shown at checkout. For orders to the United Kingdom or the United States, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on local regulations, and would be the responsibility of the recipient.
