Shipping Policy
We want your RENEW order to reach you as quickly and smoothly as possible. This policy covers where we ship, how long it takes, and what it costs.
Where we ship
We currently ship to Germany, the Netherlands, Ireland, the United Kingdom, the United States, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Luxembourg, Norway, and Switzerland. We're working on expanding to more countries soon.
Shipping rates
On a single unit, a flat shipping rate of €4.99 applies at checkout, regardless of destination.
Buy 2, get 20% off + free express shipping (all countries except the United States, where standard shipping applies).
Buy 3, get 30% off + free express shipping, under the same conditions.

These transit times begin once your order ships — see order processing below for how long that takes.
Express shipping
Express shipping is included free when you order 2 or more units, for every country we ship to except the United States. Transit times once your order ships:
- 1 business day — Germany, the Netherlands, Ireland, the United Kingdom, Finland, Denmark, and Sweden.
- 1 to 3 business days — Luxembourg.
- 3 business days — Norway and Switzerland.
On smaller orders, express shipping is available as a paid checkout option for these same countries, calculated automatically based on your destination and order weight. Express shipping isn't currently available for the United States, where standard shipping applies.
Order processing
All orders are prepared within up to 2 business days before being shipped. Add this processing time to the transit times shown above to estimate when your order will arrive.
Tracking your order
You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its journey to you.
Customs and import duties
For orders within the European Union, all applicable taxes are already included in the final price shown at checkout. For orders to the United Kingdom, the United States, Norway, or Switzerland, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on local regulations, and would be the responsibility of the recipient.
