Yes. The serum is mild, vegan, and dermatologist-tested, designed for all skin types, including sensitive skin.
What is a retinol alternative, and how does it work?
This serum contains Bakuchiol, a plant-based alternative to retinol. It provides similar anti-aging benefits — helping to reduce the appearance of fine lines and promoting cell renewal — without the irritation sometimes associated with synthetic retinol.
Can it irritate the skin like retinol can?
Bakuchiol is gentle by nature, making it far less likely to cause the irritation typically associated with retinol, while still delivering similar anti-aging benefits. As with any new active ingredient, we recommend doing a patch test before first use.
Does it contain fragrance? Is it suitable if I have allergies?
Yes, it contains a touch of natural fragrance (an elegant rose note with deep spicy and woody warmth) derived from essential oils. The INCI list declares the fragrance allergens present (Geraniol, Citronellol, Linalool, Geranyl Acetate) as required by regulation. If you have known fragrance allergies, we recommend reviewing the full ingredient list before purchasing.

It's COSMOS Organic certified by Ecocert Greenlife, with 99% natural-origin ingredients and 61% organic-origin ingredients. It's also vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free.
What skin type is it suitable for?
All skin types, with particular focus on mature, dull, dehydrated, or uneven-toned skin — ideal for anyone looking for an anti-aging effect.
Is it a sustainable product?
Yes. It's made using environmentally friendly production processes, with no GMO ingredients, applying green formulation principles. The packaging is recyclable, and the shipping packaging is made from recycled materials.
Can I return the product if I've already opened and used it?
Yes. Unlike most skincare brands, we accept opened and used products within 30 days of delivery, because you can only tell if a serum works for your skin after trying it. The product just needs to be reasonably used, not fully emptied. This guarantee applies once per customer.
How long do I have to return my order?
You have 30 calendar days from the day you receive your order. To start a return, email us at support@hacyra.com with your order number. Please don't send anything back before we confirm, as returns without a prior request can't be accepted.
Who pays for return shipping?
You do, unless your product arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item. In those cases, we cover the full cost of return shipping and replacement. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Once we receive your product, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. If it is, the amount is credited to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Germany, the Netherlands, Ireland, the United Kingdom, the United States, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Luxembourg, Norway, and Switzerland. We're working on adding more countries soon.
How much does shipping cost?
A flat €4.99 on a single unit, to any country we ship to. If you order 2 or more units, express shipping is free (except in the United States, where standard shipping applies), and you also save 20% on 2 units or 30% on 3.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are prepared within up to 2 business days. After that, standard delivery takes 4 to 9 business days depending on your country: Germany 5–7, Netherlands 4–6, Ireland 6–8, United Kingdom 6–9, United States 4–7, Denmark 4, and 5 days for Finland, Sweden, Luxembourg, Norway, and Switzerland.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, for every country except the United States. It's free when you order 2 or more units and available as a paid option at checkout on smaller orders. Delivery takes 1 business day to Germany, the Netherlands, Ireland, the United Kingdom, Finland, Denmark, and Sweden; 1 to 3 days to Luxembourg; and 3 days to Norway and Switzerland.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
Within the European Union, all taxes are included in the price at checkout. For orders to the United Kingdom, the United States, Norway, or Switzerland, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on local regulations, and would be the recipient's responsibility.
